We will be doing 30 minutes of POUND, followed by 30 minutes of Yoga for flow, stretch, and relaxation. … & then comes the wine and refreshments to enjoy after your workout.
Tickets must be purchased via Eventbrite for this class; regular class packages are not applicable to this event.
