Colorado Food Code for food producers requires each food establishment employees be able to demonstrate food safety knowledge and ongoing trainings to stay up to date. Colorado Department of Health and Colorado State University Extension created training materials (also available in Spanish) to help Food Service Managers and employees understand safe food production
Study materials will be provided and test completed to confirm skills. Cost will cover cost of study materials and test, Certificate on completion. Spanish text and study materials available on request.
Preregistration is required for this interactive classroom style Certification class. Participants who score 75% or greater will obtain a certificate valid for three years in the state of Colorado.
